Muhammad Fathul Ilmi is a dedicated legal and valuation professional currently serving as a Public Appraiser at a Public Valuation Firm (Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik/KJPP). With a strong foundation in law and real estate, he offers expert services in asset valuation, legal due diligence, regulatory compliance, and strategic advisory across property and corporate sectors. Ilmi’s academic journey demonstrates a commitment to specialization and lifelong learning. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Universitas Indonesia to deepen his legal insight, and he also holds a Master of Real Estate from Universiti Malaya, equipping him with advanced knowledge in property law, market analysis, and asset valuation. His legal foundation was established at Universitas Padjadjaran, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws degree with a focus on corporate and real estate law.
In addition to his academic credentials, Ilmi is a Registered Property Appraiser certified by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia—an acknowledgment of his proficiency in property and business valuation. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), which reflects his strong commitment to alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
